LIQUITEX MODELING PASTES - Create a Creative Sensation in Your Artwork

Liquitex is the brand I have used exclusively when it comes to modeling passtes, since I began painting original abstracts and contemporary art. I have never switched because I am completely happy with this brand and had no desire to switch to a competitor, besides from what I have learned, The price and the quality of this product compared to similar, competitive alternatives is a solid value.

I started off with one of the smaller sizes of modeling pastes in the beginning but it was a few days before I was bringing home their largest size, an entire gallon! I was never regretful for purchasing such a excessive amount at once, because I feel it's always better to have what you need on hand in terms of art supplies, so if you want to use it, and for some reason you don't have enough, you could have missed out on that creative moment when you can really create something spectacular simply because of the timing and the mood at that moment.

This product is worth having in your art supply closet, if you love to create. It comes in three types and many sizes although I recommend the size I have which is "The Gallon." You can't go wrong for a little extra money and you will have a supply to last many, creations to come and not have to worry about running out.

For 3-D forms. This modeling paste Can be textured when wet, and carved when dry. You can use many creative objects to form unique shapes and designs while wet. It usually dries overnight, unless you have really thick areas, then it may take slightly longer.

They Make Standard Modeling Paste, but also a Light Modeling Paste — This lightweight, airy, flexible, thick, sculptural gel is specifically formulated to be used in applications where weight is a factor. If you use by itself, it will dry to a matte opaque white that can readily accept staining if desired.

It will not exhibit "mud cracking." It is often used with texture gels.

Flexible Modeling Paste is a matte, opaque mixture of marble dust and polymer emulsion that is used to build heavy textures and three-dimensional forms on flexible or rigid supports.

NutraSONIC Face and Body Brush, The best beauty product I have purchased this year!

I originally was going to buy the competitor's version of this product which was priced at almost double the cost for just the basic package until I found the NutraSonic Face Brush Skin Care System advertised on Amazon.

This is my favorite beauty purchase of 2010 so far. I love the NUTRASONIC FACE BRUSH and consider it to be a TOY because it's so fun to use and satisfying to see and feel the results of the product. You can buy the system for a few dollars more with two skincare supplements which includes toner and cleanser and I did and I am glad, they are botanical products that smell so nice and they work really good.

The technology of SONIC cleansing has been successfully used for years with toothbrushes, so it all made sense to me, that rather than using a washcloth and soap, why not exfoiliate and get a deep polish and scrub at the same time.

I use the normal skin brush for my face and neck every night and, I use the body brush once a week in the shower and do a head to toe body polish ritual and when you get out the shower you feel so good and you feel like you have performed a great service for your body. I also use it on my feet when I do the bathtub pedicures. After using the brush you simply wash it and leave it out to dry until next use. Did I mention the SONIC is Waterproof? yes, it is!!!!

I even talked my husband into letting me use the face brush on his face and neck and he was skeptical at first, but after I was done with his facial he was very pleased with how he felt. That is the thing I love, not only how it makes you look, but how it makes you FEEL.

I really suggest you get this set for yourself or for a gift for someone who really loves taking care of their skin or someone you know would love to try this product. You won't be disappointed.

Euro-Pro Shark Navigator Upright Bagless - The BEST Vacuum I have owned, and worth every penny

This is my most recent purchase and I am so happy I did!



I have wood floors with area rugs in each room and my regular vacuum cleaner which was a bagless upright was tearing up my area rugs and pulling the carpet fibers out and not vacuuming very well and it was so loud and overall not really doing a good job, even though it seemed like a powerful sounding vacuum. No matter how many times I vacuumed back and forth it seems like too much work. Little did I know just how right I was until I finally decided to purchase one after seeing the commercial on t.v.

I have a white haired Persian cat who shed's quite a bit not to mention he gets brushed constantly, so I needed something powerful, yet I wanted a vacuum that was lightweight yet, picked up the hair, and showed clear evidence that the rugs were freshly vacuumed and this SHARK Navigator was so impressive.

Even better it's so quiet in comparison to the standard upright that you can actually have a conversation while vacuuming believe it or not. I am here to tell you it's true!!! It's one of the first things I noticed.

Some of the other things I love about this vacuum is the power cord is the longest power cord on a vacuum I have ever seen. I think it's about or almost 30 feet long. The vacuum debris container is easy to pop out with one push of a button and then you press another button and bam, all the debris falls out, no shaking or digging in the dust is required. Euro Pro boasts that they provide lifetime filters as well, although the filters are washable so you can go a long time without having to change to a new one.

Here are some of the features and I provided a photo of one where you can purchase it if you think you are interested. I highly recommend it, based on the compact design, the quiet sound of the motor, the ability to do multiple rooms without unplugging the vacuum and it comes with all the on board tools you would need. a long hose with attachments for lengthening, and several attachments for vacuuming upholstery or stairs, and cracks and crevices. I know this price is higher than your standard vacuum, but even if you don't have pets. This is the one you want!

I cleaned houses for almost 20 years on the side of my full-time jobs and I have used a LOT of brands and types of vacuums and I can say so far, this is the best one yet by far that i have owned or used to vacuum.

I would recommend this vacuum to someone who needs an easy push and pull vacuum in case you are medically unable to do to much physical pushing because of it's lightweight design.
